Tassie Turkeys

We live on a 12 acre property in Molesworth, just outside of New Norfolk in Tasmania.  For the past 4 years we've enjoyed breeding sheep as a hobby and now our main passion is poultry.

There's never a dull moment here, that's for sure.  We have 3 kids, 18, 16, & 15 years old.  One very cheeky puppy (Ella), 7 ewes and a gorgeous purebred Suffolk ram (Zeus), lambs, & lots of poultry.   

The whole process has been interesting to say the least...

We've certainly had our share of successes and disappointments.  But above all else, getting to experience all the new life coming into the world has been nothing short of amazing. 

Our turkey breeding stock consists of: Narragansett, Royal Palm, Blue, Slate, & Black. 

We are breeding chickens: New Hampshires, Rhode Island White Single & Rosecombs, and Orpingtons (Blue, Black, & Splash).
